I have been a Reiki practitioner for approximately 1 year but have recently gained the privilege to teach others. I currently offer the following Reiki sessions:

Simply put, a Japanese based form of energy work. Everything is energy. That’s a fact, and includes us. Sometimes our energy centers (chakras) can experience imbalances just like anything else in our bodies. Reiki helps correct those imbalances.
