There are powerful rituals in Reiki to prepare a sacred space for healing and transformation. Before guests arrive, the energy of the space is set with intention, cleansing, and prayer. The space becomes our 'container' so that energy may freely flow through it again.

In the same way, rituals & practices help us to cultivate containment in our bodies, so that energy may freely flow through us again!
