Rose
A Holistic Nurse Practitioner and certified yoga instructor, Rose specializes in mind-body medicine. She will lead vinyasa flow, breathwork, and sound healing sessions to rejuvenate and inspire.

Jenergy
Jenergy, CEO of Ecstatic Flow, is a freedom activator and prayerformance artist. She curates transformative experiences through movement, fire dancing, and self-healing practices, guiding participants to their authentic selves.

Mama Yama
Mama Yama shares ancient traditions of Shamanic Drumming, Chanting, and Tribal Dance. Founder of "Primal Prayer," she helps others connect to their primal essence and align with their natural rhythm.

What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing for workshops, yoga, and outdoor activities
- Swimsuit for hydrotherapy sessions
- Yoga mat, journal, and personal items that support your experience

Important Details:
- This is a day retreat: Accommodations for overnight stays are *not included*. You are encouraged to return to your own space each evening.
- Integration Day (11/11): The day after the retreat will be dedicated to at-home integration, where you'll meditate, journal, and visualize everything you’ve received during the retreat.
