here we injected a half syringe of restylane kysse using the ashton technique. These photos are immediately after, so they are 30 to 40% more swollen than their final result. This result you see here is not actually what a half syringe would look like, the size you see here (because it’s already swollen) is actually what a full syringe would look like. If they wanted to keep this size they would need to come back and build with another half syringe. The soonest that you can come back and build is after 4 to 6 weeks, because that’s how long it takes for all of the swelling to come down to truly see how much volume the half syringe gave you. Typically a half syringe is extremely subtle, more of a hydrating effect with a little bit of shape. Similar to a Chapstick effect but if you’re looking for a more noticeable difference or to add volume, then I would recommend going with a full syringe.
