Join Brad Terrell in this two part series to enhance your movement practice whether that’s yoga, calisthenics, and/or any movement modality you may partake in.

DAY 1
LEARN THE MOVEPAT SIGNATURE METHOD

Join Brad as he guides you through an immersive movement, mobility, and flow experience with his signature Movepat Method in both stationary and in-motion drills which will deepen your overall movement condition and expression as well as developing your movement fluency. Find and discover new dimensions in your mind-body practice.

DAY 2
MOVE FEARLESSLY INTO INVERSIONS & BACKBENDS

Flow fearlessly into Backbends and Inversions in this intermediate to advanced MASTERCLASS as you learn juicy insights to deepen your backbends and level up your Inversion practice. The class will start with hip, spine and shoulder opening flows to prepare the body as we review a handful of deep Spinal Extensions that require both mobility and flexibility. The flow will then take you through prep work, alignment, entry/exit and it’s many variations for the Pincha (Fore armstand) and Handstand as you learn to hold them longer with more strength and grace.

Intro to Arm Balances and Inversions + Transitions For All Levels with

This workshop will provide students with the skills and knowledge on how to safely get into Sirsasana (Headstand), Bakasana (Crane) and Pincha Mayurasana (Forearmstand).

Each pose will be explained and practiced with the use of a wall and softly padded props.

Students will be shown how to transition into and out of arm balances in order to build a more dynamic, safe and free flowing practice.

“In my 20s I had a spiritual awakening—an experience of myself as Love. It was possibly the most important thing that has ever happened to me, and I’d like to share how that happened. Prior to that I had always struggled to accept myself or feel that I or my achievements were enough.”

They say the most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves. But for many of us, it is a struggle to feel good about ourselves, to leave behind negative self-talk and criticism.

Join us for a special community talk with Michael Stasko as he shares unique insights and spiritual wisdom aimed to help heal and transform the relationship with ourselves.

Bio:
Michael Stasko was a satellite control engineer and NASA graduate research fellow. In his late 20s he had a spiritual awakening that changed the course of his life. He soon after left his career and met his spiritual teacher, Her Holiness Amma Sri Karunamayi. Michael spent the next 10 years living in an ashram in South India, serving his teacher, and learning spiritual practices in an authentic spiritual setting. In 2019 he to Miami, FL where he teaches/coaches spiritual growth, meditation, Sanskrit chanting, philosophy and conscious relationships.
