If I can touch you in such a way that promotes healing, and tomorrow you awake lighter and clearer, then I have done my job correctly.

First and foremost, I am strong. My work is serious and focused on delivering results. I want to cause an impact in your body. I want you to remember the experience days after you've experienced it. I want to bring awareness to the areas in your body that are weak or in pain, and ask you questions about why that pain is there. Every massage experience is unique because our bodies are constantly changing. The pain and discomfort we feel varies depending on what’s going on in our lives at the moment. My goal is to restore balance to the body’s structure and promote the body’s natural healing by working to eliminate weakness, tension, stress and fatigue. So, this ability to heal is a gift and I want to share it with you!! My type of bodywork is born of intuition, guided by a solid sense of the body’s optimal structure. The therapy in massage comes very natural for me, with precision and focus. You will find that a full body session will leave you energized, invigorated, relaxed and more in touch with your senses. I offer an eclectic combination of different techniques arranged to suit your individual needs. Mostly my work is rooted in deep tissue, Swedish and reflexology but you will find that I adopt techniques from neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, trigger point therapy and active isolated stretching. It is my belief that in every human interaction there is energy at work, so it goes without saying that bodywork deals directly in this realm.
