This is a safe space for all first timers encouraged Îf u have an injury or we can adjust n do what u can just Come breathe everyday 7 am n 6 pm .

Beach yoga is more than a class — it’s a moment to breathe deeper, move freely, and reconnect with yourself and nature.

We meet every day at 7am and 5pm
(6pm during daylight savings),
unless it’s raining or below 55°.

Just show up — no reservations needed.

All classes are by donation, $15 suggested.

Sunrise 7am and Sunset 6pm during Daylight Saving Time and 7am and 5pm during Standard Time seven days a week. Classes are donation based. All teachers are experienced and certified.
