Hope to see u tonight or tomorrow at 615 În the shade of the lifeguard tower for earthing n grounding session Î I’ll be headed to do some trauma healing work in nyc social work systems music n private workshops so I’ll be gone a month or so but will have a great sub while I m out come tonight n breathe by the sea at sunset n sunrise everyday ❤️

Come to a class created by lucha a multimedia artist n teacher working in the trauma healing feild 20 plus yrs .. come breathe release n learn tools to take u out of fight or flight … earthing n grounding class is suitable for alll levels body types n even disabilities. Come breathe in a safe space by the sea n release open n ground let all that tension go from the body . I’ll be there at 6 class will start wgeh lifeguard leaves tower closer to 630
