Bring a blanket or towel wear comfortable clothes n come take some deep breathes by the sea in the sunset . This class is suitable to all levels beginners n non yogis encouraged. See u soon. Hope to see u tonight or tomorrow at 615 În the shade of the lifeguard tower for earthing n grounding session Î I’ll be headed to do some trauma healing work in nyc social work systems music n private workshops so I’ll be gone a month or so but will have a great sub while I m out come tonight n breathe by the sea at sunset n sunrise everyday ❤️

We will have earthing n grounding class by the lifeguard tower on 3rd st arrive 616 we will use the shade of lifeguard tower when life guard leaves to stay cool … hope to see u tonight only three classes before I head to work in brooklyn for a bit . Come thru n breath in a slow low flow by the sea
