Reverse fly's has so much potential for building sculpted rear delts that create the illusion of a smaller waist and stronger upper body. And most women are leaving every bit of that potential on the table.

The moment your traps take over, your rear delts check out entirely. And your traps will absolutely hijack this movement if you let them.

Here's what keeps the tension where it belongs:
➜ Shoulders pulled back before the movement even starts
➜ Chest up and proud throughout every rep
➜ Lead with your elbows, not your hands
➜ Slow it down until you actually feel your rear delts working
➜ Control the return just as deliberately as the lift

Rear delts are one of the most underrated muscles for creating that strong, sculpted, pulled-together look in your upper body. Train them like it.

Comment "FORM" and let's make sure your reverse flys are actually building what you're working for.

I really thought my hottest years were behind me 😅

Because that’s what we were told, right?

That after 40 everything starts heading south.

Your metabolism slows down. Your hormones go rogue. And your body gets softer.

Somehow we’re all supposed to just accept it gracefully in a beige cardigan.

Meanwhile… I accidentally got hotter 😂

Not because I found some magic secret. But because I finally stopped training like I was still 25.

Less punishment. Less starving. Less trying to make myself smaller.

More muscle. More food. More understanding what my body actually needed after 40.

This version of me feels better than my 20s ever did.

So if you’ve been feeling like your body changed overnight and nothing works anymore… good news.

You're not broken. You just need someone to show you how its done after 40.

Your best years are NOT behind you

And speaking of secrets… something BIG is coming 🎉 I have been working on something VERY BIG and GAME CHANGING for results.

💬 Comment SECRET if you want to be one of the first to know.

“It’s all downhill after 40.”
“Act your age.”
“Your metabolism is shot.”
“You can’t build muscle after menopause.”
“Just accept your body is changing.”

Meanwhile the women over 40 in this community are out here lifting heavier, building curves, wearing the fitted outfit, and refusing to disappear quietly 😅

It’s honestly wild how many of us grew up believing that after a certain age we were supposed to just slowly transform into beige cardigans and low expectations.

Absolutely not.

Most of the people preaching that nonsense never actually learned how to train or fuel a woman’s body after 40.

So for years women blamed themselves.
Worked harder. Ate less. Did more cardio.
And wondered why their body was fighting back.

Now we know better.

Your body is not “done.”
It's just getting started on becoming the best version of itself... when you have a training and nutrition routine designed specifically for your body.

And honestly?
There is something deeply satisfying about watching women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s become stronger, hotter, more confident, and more unapologetic than ever before.

Like sorry… we’re not participating in the “fade into the background” era 😂

💬 Drop the most ridiculous thing you’ve ever been told about aging in the comments. I already know this thread is about to be unhinged.

Want to know what separates a plateau from a breakthrough?

The rest-pause technique.

Instead of grinding through the same straight sets that stopped producing results weeks ago, try this on your next arm day:
✅ Complete your working reps with solid form
✅ Rest just 10 to 20 seconds, enough to breathe but not recover
✅ Go right back in and push out a few more reps with the same weight
✅ Repeat that mini cycle 5 to 8 rounds

By shortening your rest you force your muscle to work under accumulated fatigue, recruit more muscle fibers, and push well past your normal stopping point.

Your biceps will be absolutely on fire. And that fire is exactly what breaks a plateau and triggers new growth.

Comment "RECOMP" if you're ready to stop spinning your wheels and start seeing arms that actually show your effort.

Where were the women talking about building muscle after 50 twenty years ago?

Nowhere. Because nobody was having that conversation. So I started having it myself.

I watched the women around me shrink with age, not just physically but in their confidence, their presence, and their belief in what their bodies were still capable of.

And I made a quiet promise that aging was never going to look like that for me.

That promise became an obsession. The obsession became a mission. And the mission became this community.

This is a space for women who refuse to disappear. Who want to walk into a room and feel it. Who want to stand in front of the mirror and recognize the woman looking back at them.

Muscle is not impressive for your age. It is your prescription for living fully and unapologetically for every decade ahead of you.

Strength does not expire. And neither do you.

Comment "COACH" and let's build something powerful together.

Can we talk about overhead tricep extensions for a second? Because I see this going wrong constantly and I want to fix it for you right now.

The part that changes everything? Your elbows.

The moment your elbows start flying out to the sides, your shoulders take over and your triceps check out entirely. All that effort and the muscle you're actually trying to build barely feels it.

Bring your elbows in close, point them forward, keep them in line with your face, and lock them there for the entire movement. That's when you feel that deep burn in the back of your arms that tells you something is actually working.

Comment "FORM" and let's make sure your tricep training is building the arms you're working for.

Girl, you used to be excited about getting dressed everyday.

Then, at some point you stopped dressing for yourself and started dressing to disappear. And I think it's time we talked about that.

It started with the baggier tops. Then the darker colors. Then saying no to events because nothing in your closet felt right anymore.

When you feel disconnected from your body, you dress to hide it. And the longer that goes on, the smaller your world gets.

The women inside Strong and Sexy who finally start seeing their bodies change do something interesting. They start shopping again. They start saying yes again. They walk into rooms differently.

Because when you feel strong and confident in your own skin, you stop dressing to disappear and start dressing to show up fully.

That shift is available to you too.

Comment "COACH" if you're done hiding and ready to start showing up.

Taking it back to the OG with the Gironda Swing.

Vince Gironda, one of the most influential coaches in bodybuilding history, was famous for this technique and for good reason. When you execute it correctly, the tension and isolation you feel is on a completely different level than a standard curl.

This is the kind of technique that turns a basic arm day into something that actually builds the definition you're after.

Comment "FORM" if you're ready to build arms that actually look like you lift.

If you had told my 20 year old self what 54 would look like, she never would have believed you.
In my 20s I was dancing competitively, on magazine covers, and living off low calorie everything. I looked the part on the outside and was completely running on empty on the inside. Skinny, depleted, and convinced that eating less was the price of staying lean.
Then my late 30s hit. Perimenopause showed up uninvited and brought every nightmare with it. Weight gain. Belly bloat. Mood swings. A reflection I didn't recognize. The woman who had spent decades in front of cameras started avoiding mirrors entirely.
I tried everything I had always done and nothing worked anymore. That was the moment I realized the old playbook was finished.
So I started over from scratch. Years of research. Hiring coaches. Trial and error. Until it finally clicked.
Fueling my body with more food, lifting heavier, and building a program around my hormones and my actual life right now made all the difference. The fat came off. The muscle came back. And my body at 54 is stronger, leaner, and more sculpted than anything I built in my 20s.
The same woman who hid from her own reflection now shows up unapologetically and proud of every rep it took to get here.
Strong has no age limit. And neither do you. Comment "RECOMP" to get reclaim what you lost.

So you don’t need a coach because you know what you’re doing….okay, prove it!

We are back with another “What am I doing wrong” video.

I’ve intentionally filmed this to have multiple mistakes when your goal is to build muscle after 40, so show me what you got.

Here's what I want you to do:
👉 Hit play and actually watch it, not just scroll past
👉 Break down the setup, stance, and depth
👉 Notice where the weight is shifting and where the tension is actually going
👉 Then call it out… what needs fixing?

Drop your answer below. Let's see who's sharp enough to catch it all… and who's about to realize we've been getting away with a little too much in the gym.

Somewhere along the way women were convinced getting fit after 40 meant becoming the girl who brings sparkling water and leaves the party by 8pm 😅

Respectfully… absolutely not.

I did not build this body just to sit at home avoiding champagne, birthday cake, and girls nights.

The goal was never to become smaller and boring. The goal was to become stronger, hotter, healthier… and still have a personality 🥂

The women who actually sustain results long term are the ones who learn balance.

Not punishment. Not restriction. Not pretending they “don’t even want it.”

Please. We all want the 🍟 fries.

The difference is learning how to build a lifestyle where you can enjoy the moments AND still feel incredible in your body.

That is the sweet spot.
