About Brad

Brad Kerschensteiner, LMFT maintains a private practice in Miami Beach that includes Executive Coaching, Organizational Consulting, Team Training and Psychotherapy services. Brad is a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Florida, having received his Masters in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2003. Brad was certified as an Executive Coach under Awareness to Action International through which he received advanced certification as a trainer in the Enneagram personality system for coaching business executives and their teams.

Brad served as the lead Life & Executive Coach at the esteemed Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa from 2008-2015. Previously, Bradley served as the Assistant Clinical Director at G & G Holistic Addiction Treatment, Inc. in North Miami Beach. He has extensive experience practicing both individual and group psychotherapy, having worked in the addiction field in both San Francisco and Miami. Brad has also been one of the selected Executive Coaches for Florida International University’s Leadership Development program which HR.com and Leadership Excellence Magazine ranked as the #1 Leadership program #1 in the highly competitive leadership development category.

Brad works with executives and businesses both locally and worldwide to improve leadership, work performance, team effectiveness, and emotional intelligence. He has provided Executive Coaching and Training services for a range of clients including Kaplan University, Soho Beach House, Center for Social Change, Johnson & Johnson, TD Bank, SMG Worldwide, and Likeable Local. He also frequently provides trainings for Young Presidents and Entrepreneurs Organization as well as speaking engagements for local business organizations.

Finally, since 2010 Brad acts as the President of Integrative Change, Inc., a business referral network dedicated to health and wellness professionals with clusters in South Florida.
