We are thrilled to introduce you to our newest Glow family member Nina Rose!!! This goddess is leading our community as Studio Director of Glow Hot Yoga Miami Beach.✨✨✨
Nina took her first yoga class when she was 15 and immediately felt something special was taking place. But it wasn’t until her first Bikram Yoga class in 1999 that she knew she would one day become a teacher. She attended Bikram’s Teacher Training in Los Angeles in 2005, studying directly under Birkam, and immediately began teaching full time and later managed several yoga studios. She opened up her own studio in her hometown of Seattle in 2011 where she was blessed with the opportunity to deepen her leadership as director to the studio, running teacher trainings, leading retreats, mentoring new and existing teachers and so much more. Nina moved to Delray Beach FL with her 2 dogs in 2018 and after 3 years of running her studio remotely, she passed the torch in 2021 and has been teaching yoga and barre, running yoga teacher trainings and retreats on her own. She is SO thrilled to be joining the Glow family and lay down some roots in Miami! Nina teaches yoga in the style of Bikram, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Sculpt and Barre. Her classes are centered on inclusion, connection, humor and FUN. And when she’s not taking class she’s walking her dogs. Her life is truly centered around her yoga practice, both on and off the mat. She can’t wait to practice with all of you!
