Rings Move: Bent Arm Backward Lean

These are three levels from the Isolation block inside the Rings Flow program.
We learn flows by moving step by step: isolation → integration → exploration → flow creation.
This Isolation Block is about understanding the shape, managing tension, and building control so later transitions feel fluid instead of forced.
Rings movement practice isn’t only about harder tricks. It’s about making movements accessible first, then letting them evolve into something expressive and/or complex.
