Loss of muscle means loss of metabolism, which puts you at a new metabolic low and primes you for fat gain unless you stay on the GLP one… it’s a health loss trap that accelerates aging. Yes you weigh less, but you’re closer to dying. Unless you reinvent yourself as a gym ju**ie and hit the weights really hard, but that is not the intention of 80% of people on GLP ones.
