Track workout turned out way faster than expected 🏃♀️✔️
3.88 miles at 5:56 pace (this is with intervals…so starts and stops) and 400m around 1:18.
Apparently almost half the run ended up in the anaerobic zone, which explains why my legs are completely done right now 😅
Out of curiosity I dropped the run stats into AI afterwards to see what the effort actually looked like and it basically confirmed this turned into a high-intensity session the whole way through.
Lately I’ve been logging my workouts in to keep my training consistent and track my progress over time. All the programs I created in there are WORKING. These are literally built over 10-15 years of experience running on a D1 track team and beginning coaching others at the age of 18. I’ve trained thousands of people and I love hearing the progress so I want to share mine too 💪
Track workouts may look chaotic on the map… but they work.
