My best friend yesterday admitted she thought it was a “stretch” how I was gonna mash up Human Design and biohacking, but after I told her the story about moving to Florida and doing a series of cheek swab tests, measuring biological age to chronological age and my results showing in a 3 month period of time I was able to get younger by 15 months; She then changed her tune and became supportive and also booked an individual Human Design reading for herself and her husband, I love my honest, direct unfiltered friends.

Hi friends,
I can hardly contain my excitement. The final four locations for the Hack Aging! Get Younger with Human Design book signing tour are confirmed.
Over the coming weeks, I’ll be traveling through California, Nevada, and back to Miami to complete the tour—hosting Human Design biohacking talks, Q&A, and book signings along the way.
A quick note: Redondo Beach is currently full.
These gatherings are free to attend. If you’d like, you can purchase a copy at the event, or order in advance and bring your book to be personally signed.
Each stop is designed as a meaningful community experience rooted in the themes of the book—rejuvenation, vitality, Human Design, and reshaping what we believe is possible around aging. As the tour wraps, these same principles will continue to be integrated into my work with private clients and the organizations I support through Psychological Advising.

This year has cracked my heart wide open in the best way.
At my book signing party, I invited everyone to write an intention for 2026.
Your reflections, your honesty, your courage to name what you’re ready for… that’s the medicine.
If there is one thing to carry into 2026, let it be this: you are allowed to be fully, unapologetically you. Your Human Design chart is not something to “fix,” it’s a map back to your own timing, your own voice, your own way of contributing. Let it guide you as a gentle companion—not another rule book.
To everyone who showed up, listened, laughed, cried, set intentions, bought the book, or simply held space in the room: thank you. Your presence made the night what it was. Here’s to a new year of honoring your design, trusting your inner authority, and letting your life be shaped from the inside out.
I’m so grateful to be on this journey with you.
