Join us for an evening of guided breathwork and immersive sound to release stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect inward.
Breath gently opens pathways within the body, allowing held tension to soften and release. Sound works on a cellular level, guiding the system into states of coherence, restoration, and integration.
This experience offers an opportunity to step out of the pace of daily life and enter a space of presence, where the body can reset and the mind can settle naturally.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Props for comfort
• Eye mask
All levels welcome • No experience needed.
To preserve the integrity of the space, doors will close 15 minutes after the session begins.
