In this video, I share part of my creative and healing process.
For several months, I have been writing the Ho'oponopono mantra directly onto my canvases before painting:
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
These simple words have become a quiet ritual in my studio.
I write them on the canvas, and then I paint over them.
The words disappear from the surface, but they remain inside the layers of the artwork.
For me, this process is not only about painting.
It is about forgiveness, presence, and allowing art to become a space for healing.
Creation can hold our emotions, our memories, and our intention to transform.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to take a moment to breathe, reflect, and create.
