It can be hard to find a comfortable position to sit in while you , and hunching over your computer is probably not one of them. We suggest patterning your body to be comfortable with a relatively straight spine. Try sitting on a chair at a table top or desk surface- any place where you can rest your forearms (and even elbows) on the support of a hard surface while looking almost directly at eye-level to the screen is a good idea. Resist the urge of working from a couch or bed, especially with nothing to lean on.
