As the week closes between Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur, another year of gratitude for life is upon us.

We love this oatmeal chia combo pudding.
All organic
All made at home

1.5 Tsp oatmeal
1.5 Tsp chia

Add fruit
1Tbsp stewed Peaches
1Tsp strawberry rhubarb compote
One flavor in each jar

Added in homemade nutmilk

Stir and let soak

Get in your adaptogens
Increase your taste awareness
Tap into the healing potentials of this orange beauty!

Ingredients
Lemon
Ginger
Tumeric
Saffron
(touch of white pepper)
Maple syrup

Boil water
turn to low heat blanch lemon & ginger 7min
Add in
1tspn tumetic
A few strands of saffron
Let cool on off burner
Once room temp...
Strain into bottle
Add sweetener
VOILÁ
