Modo Yoga is a unique hot yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room. Much more than a series of postures, Modo Yoga is a group of socially and environmentally conscious yoga studios, collectively changing the world one sweaty yoga class at a time. This program is designed to deepen your understanding of the subtle energetic body through Yin Yoga & Sound Healing.

What you’ll do:

- Explore Daoist philosophy
- Dive into the benefits of Yin Yoga
- Experience Yin in the body & practical knowledge
- Explore properties of sound and its effects on the body.
- Benefits of Sound: Learn about the science of sound and neuroscience.
- Understand how sound is used across cultures in rituals and ceremonies.

Have you ever wondered about those curious little symbols displayed on our windows and across our branding? 👁️

Our glyph system is a visual language inspired by the many meanings of the word “Ima” across cultures—“mother” in Hebrew and Arabic, “magnet” in Portuguese, “now” in Japanese—and of course the universal meaning of love.

Each symbol reflects a unique essence, drawing from global traditions to express universal themes like balance, presence, love, and inner strength. These glyphs celebrate our shared humanity and invite you to explore your own path of self-discovery through the practice of yoga.
