Invisalign- clear plastic aligners are almost invisible

Braces- some foods are not allowed

Invisalign - no restrictions when aligners are removed. No eating with aligners in.

Braces- friddly to clean; require special care.

Invisalign- clean teeth as normal when aligners are removed
