I’m loving this new mocha scrub set. For years I was anti-scrubs for my work uniform and after trying a few brands and colors my eyes fell in love with this one. It’s stylish and super comfy. It’s not easy finding a work uniform that you love.
Now I’m on the hunt for a light gray. So if you know of any that you love send me a DM .

Today a brand new client left my office saying “by this time next year your business will be three times as big as it is now”

it’s hard to express how incredibly encouraging words like these are. Starting fresh and ; in a brand new place and just seeing God‘s provision 🌸

words can be used as kindness .

I’m so grateful for those people that speak life over my new business in Boone. I had a great session with her.

We focused a ton on her TMJ , and working her jaw.

I’m really loving right now just pouring into TMJ issues and lockjaw.

It causes so much pain for so many people; so here’s a big thank you to brand new clients that speak life over the future of my business.

I see you. I’m so grateful to you. 💛

Sitting at work today and sending invitations for my one year anniversary gathering in Boone North Carolina 💌

Seems kind of crazy that almost 2 years ago, I moved away from Miami and completely transform my life.

Leaving my family, friends and my loyal clients behind in Miami (and South Florida in general) was so hard.

I miss them like crazy. They know who they are. My tried and true Miami clients (and colleagues) and a handful of new NC clients supported me during the recovery of hurricane Helene September 2024 and I’ll never forget that.

Now as I hand out invitations to spend a wonderful summer day celebrating in the mountains of Western North Carolina ; I thank God for how far I’ve come and it’s crazy to think that I’m going to be celebrating 🥳 one year!

I’ve made new friends, new colleagues and the Lord has provided so many people along the way to lift me up.

My business is definitely not where I want it to be (a laundry list of decor and equipment) but I count my blessings because I never imagined after hurricane Helene that I would still be standing.

Go figure, I guess if my small business could survive Covid and thrive then God has plans for the way that I interact with people and bring healing into their lives.

It’s hard to believe that I have made a new life here and I just thank everyone for supporting me along the way, 🌴➡️🏔️

I finished this book 📖

Whew 😥 443 pages later

Reading about something that is not self-interest makes it hard to keep going

BUT I’ve learned A LOT so thank you to the author for all of her hard work 😓
