Mom was in labor since 11am and gave birth the next day at 3:30am. She had no idea she was in labor and assumed it was just normal daily back and foot pain. She arrived at us at 8cm! Can you believe that? That's what happens when you stay healthy and actively keep yourself moving. You can't even tell when you're in labor 🤣 Baby came in healthy and happy!
