True abundance, to me, is giving without expectation. Giving because you can, giving to those who may not be able to give anything back. When you offer support from an open heart, you’re already living in abundance… and from that place, more flows in naturally.😌✨

💡 TCM & Acupuncture has a method similar to dry needling called ‘Ashi point’ acupuncture. Ashi literally means ‘Ouch’ points.

These points often overlap with muscular “trigger points,” but the difference is in the approach:
