These are my repeats cuz they work!🤌

First pic: Summer’s here and this non-tinted mineral SPF from has been my daily ride-or-die. It’s packed with hyaluronic acid and leaves the skin with the prettiest dewy finish (not dry or chalky like most mineral sunscreens). There’s a slight green tint that helps cancel out any redness, and while it goes on white at first, it blends in beautifully. I’m on my third tube! Clients compliment my skin daily, and this is usually all I wear during the day!

Second pic: Two gentle powerhouses….the under eye serum and Resurfacing Gel. Both feature plant-based Bakuchiol, a fantastic retinol alternative for sensitive skin. If retinol is too harsh for you like it is for me, these are amazing swaps.👌😉

So, a friend sent me this ChatGPT prompt for fun but it lowkey blew my mind, so of course I had to try it & share….cuz it hit.🤌😯

This is an oldie but always a goodie….🤌😌

The combination of these 3 points are called The Buddha’s Triangle.

These 3 powerful points when used together help to calm the nervous system. It has a strong calming effect to reduce anxiety, depression, repressed emotions & increase the general sense of well-being.

Let’s break down each point….
🫀PC6 or Pericardium 6. I use this point very often. It surrounds the heart & protects the heart from emotional distress. It has a profound effect on calming the heart & spirit. It also helps to regulate the Qi. It is the command point of the heart, chest, & tummy thus helps with nausea & palpitations.

🫀HT7 or Heart 7. I also use this very often. It has a strong effect on calming the heart & spirit. Excellent for emotional distress, anxiety & insomnia.

🫁LU9 or Lung 9. This point has the ability to open up the chest, regulate the lungs & breathing & calms palpitations. Since, the lung is associated with grief & sadness, it is most useful to help soothe these emotions. It is also used for sore throat, cough & asthma.

Acupuncture is incredible & so are our bodies. Many of my clients say they feel sort of ‘high’ & some say it feels as if they went on some astral outer body travel. Well, whatever experience each person has they clearly love it.😄👏✨

Just two years ago, I started skiing with amazing instructors in Vail. Last weekend, I returned for more lessons and got to tackle blue runs! And bc of this I got to ski through the most beautiful path in the mountains called ‘Simba’. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going thru this path when the Sun is low if anyone is ever there!🤌🤩 With only about 4 wknds worth of skiing in my life, I’d say this is a pretty darn good accomplishment. Falling more times than I can count but getting right back up, feeling scared AF and super exhilarated while trying not to die all at the same time. lol Learning something new and doing something that scares you a little can lead to incredible growth mentally, emotionally, and physically.💪

So, do the thing that scares you and excites you….whether it’s skiing, starting a new biz, public speaking, telling someone how you feel…..all of it, just do it. That’s what life is about. It’s incredibly fulfilling and you’ll love yourself for it!🤍✨⛷️🤩🙏🏽
