Instead of fearing premade or prepackaged foods, think of ways you can ADD nutrition to them.
This premade meal is sooo good but in the past I’ve noticed it’s just not substantial enough for me. So one way I’ve started to enjoy it is by adding a bunch of ingredients I already have in the fridge so that it satisfies me longer.
It cuts the prep time a lot because most of it is done already and I just need to heat everything up in a pan and voila!
The society we exist in doesn’t allow most of us the time to make everything from scratch. This is why these kinds of convenience meals exist. Just because it’s not made from scratch doesn’t mean it isn’t nutritious. You can always add more and stretch it out, reduce food waste, and nourish yourself in a quick and easy way!
