During our medical mission in Vietnam, we had the privilege of treating a monk who had been struggling with insomnia and cold sensations in her lower limbs. After just two treatments, she noticed a remarkable difference—she started sleeping better, feeling more relaxed, and gradually warming up in her lower body.
