I ADORE but when someone says “hey you look like her” it’s just straight up ignorance. All South Asian women do NOT look alike. She is beautiful, Indian, light her skin, different bone structure. I’m Bangladeshi, darker, longer facial shape.
Am I being too sensitive? No. Ignorance is not acceptable. If we really did look similar, it would be an amazing compliment, but we don’t.
Anyway, I just wanted to get that off my chest.

Food looked pretty, the watermelon was yum, but don’t appreciate the scamming tourists of their money. I guess they don’t realize we know how to do math. 19peso = 1$ don’t ask for a tip when you decide to charge me more and don’t give me back the right change🤬
