Box breathing offers a straightforward yet effective way to ease stress and anxiety, particularly helpful for those who live in a state of flight or flight response.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 ⬇️
•Taking a deep breathe in for 4 seconds
•Holding it for 4 seconds
•Exhaling slowly over 4 seconds
•Then pausing for another 4 seconds before repeating the cycle.
