Happy Holidays, beautiful ones!
As the year ends and the holidays swirl around us, I’ve been sitting with one simple invitation:
to let this moment be enough.
To embrace joy as it is — not as something we earn later, not as something that waits until life is tidier or circumstances improve. But joy that lives right here, in the present moment, exactly as it is.
The past has done its job.
It’s here to teach us, to inform wiser choices now — not to weigh us down or define us.
And the future? It belongs where it belongs — as inspiration. A quiet compass pointing us back toward our purpose, again and again. We must remind ourselves that we must live in our true nature and that fear can’t hold you back anymore.
This season also asks something tender of us:
to give ourselves permission to enjoy the beautiful mess of family — whatever that word means for you.
And just as importantly, to embrace the beautiful mess that we are.
If there are amends to be made, may you make them — not from obligation, but for your own peace of mind and growth.
If there is forgiveness to offer, may you offer it — not to excuse, but to free yourself.
This is the practice.
You are all part of our satsang — our community of like-minded people who are choosing, again and again, to live with more awareness, more honesty, more heart. To be the best versions of ourselves that we can be, knowing that “best” doesn’t mean perfect — it means present.
Thank you for walking this path with us.
Thank you for showing up — for yourself and for one another.
Wishing you moments of deep joy, soft presence, meaningful connection, and the courage to meet life exactly where it is.
