Ok everyone… I hope sharing this old video of me doing ballet - barely- at Martha Mar in Coral Gables when I was like 5 or 6 years old makes you laugh. Especially at the end. You have to wait for it. You can hear the parents laughing too.

If you haven’t digitized your old vhs, vhsc and beta maxes yet, you must! killed it in record time! Thanks guys!

One of the most frequent mistakes I see is rushing into a long-term lease before the community is actually there to support it. It feels like “moving big,” but it’s actually a huge risk. My advice? Start where you are. Use parks, community centers, or hourly rentals to find your voice and your audience first. This isn’t playing small—it’s playing smart.

Words can’t describe what tonight felt for me. My tears can though. Genuinely crying 4 times during class (a first for me) from the feeling of pure joy, gratitude, love, connection after 11 years since Rina Yoga studios closed their doors. But never our hearts. Everyone looks the same. Feels the same. Practices yoga the same. It was vibrating with so much power in that studio that I couldn’t take it and allowed myself to be vulnerable and “be myself”! We came home to our yoga family - the chosen family that sees us for who we really are. Our sanctuary to be the weirdo goofballs we all are!
I love you all so much. Thank you for showing me how much you love me tonight. Hard to receive so much goodness sometimes but I allowed myself to take it all in. Humbly yours and indebted to your dedication to your continuous practice. 🙏🏽🥰🥹
