Day 6 and the work is getting deeper.
We began by exploring what it truly means to be seen, not just by others, but by ourselves. It’s uncomfortable, sometimes awkward, but necessary. I shared a personal story about a core wound I recently uncovered. Speaking from that place isn’t easy, but it’s part of building the muscle of honest self-expression, one that doesn’t rely on outside approval.
Eric led a powerful (and apparently hilarious) class. someone joked it looked like a “torture chamber,” which says it all. 😂
In the afternoon, we dove into the art of theming & learning to speak from real, relatable places and weave that into a class that’s both impactful and authentic. We also broke down class structure, the roots of vinyasa, and how to craft a class with clear intention and flow.
Can’t believe we’re already here, just two days left. My voice is fading, but my heart’s full. Excited for what’s still to come. 💫
