Each encounter with my patients is an opportunity to heal. Over the past 12 years in practice, I have come to realize that healing does not always happen in the operating room. Sometimes, healing begins by simply listening. Other times, it comes from having the honesty and judgment to say “no.”

Today, I had the privilege of performing a very special case: restoring the natural anatomy of the ear through otoplasty. I know this procedure will touch not only appearance, but also the soul.

This work is a blessing. It is a duty and a responsibility. We are all here for something greater.

Grateful for my faith, my family, my team, and the work I am blessed to do every day.

My hope for this year is one of love and service—to our patients and to each other.

To help those with a shining soul restore what gravity, time, and sun exposure have gently taken away through the aging process—bringing balance back to both body and soul.

The best candidate for cosmetic surgery is someone who’s soul is in communion with GOD, and hungry to be surrounded by goodness, beauty, and love.

When that alignment exists, plastic surgery becomes part of the journey—not the destination.

This beautiful patient is just 7 days post-op from a combination procedure that included:
✨ Deep Plane Facelift
✨ Deep Neck Lift with Submandibular Gland Contouring
✨ Temple Lift
✨ Fractional CO₂ Laser to the face, neck, and chest

She’s healing beautifully and progressing exactly as expected. You may notice a bit of submental swelling, which is completely normal—especially after contouring the glands. This usually resolves over the next 8–12 weeks, with refinement continuing for up to 9–12 months.

I always remind patients that the first week of recovery can be the most emotionally challenging, but also one of the most inspiring—because it marks the beginning of transformation.

✨ In the operating room, I find myself In-Flow . Today I performed a deep plane facelift—one of the operations I am most passionate about—is more than just a procedure for me. It’s a way to honor the my patients place in me, to restore not only their appearance but also their confidence.

This week, I had the pleasure of welcoming Taylor, a pre-med student from FIU into the OR to observe a deep plane facelift, neck lift, and brow lift.

Creating space for students to witness the nuances of facial plastic surgery is something I value deeply. It’s in these early experiences that future physicians begin to understand both the precision and purpose behind the work we do.
