A sweet little breathing exercise for the holidays!
Relax.... relax....relax
☕️Cold days like today call for some relaxing hot cocoa breaths! Give this a try with your kiddo, especially before bedtime, for a warm & fun way to practice deep breathing (pranayama). Try one of the two options:
☕️1. Cut out a mug like the one pictured (decorate it if you'd like!), add glue to the top & sprinkle some hot cocoa mix on top.
☕️2. Don't have mix at home? No worries, use your imagination! Rub your hands together vigorously to make some heat, then cup them together to imagine smelling warm, hot cocoa right in your palms!
