This past Saturday, we had the honor of being part of something truly special at NUMA Pilates — a gathering of like-minded women coming together to move, connect, and care for themselves.

Monitor vital signs and post-surgical recovery
Assist with medication reminders and drain management
Provide mobility assistance and hygiene support
Deliver a calm, nurturing environment during recovery
Document care notes and communicate with clients and their care team
IV infusions depending on care role

✔ Licensed and certified nursing professionals (with valid credentials)
✔ Experience in surgical recovery, home health, or private care preferred
✔ Strong communication, discretion, and professionalism
