Physical healing after restriction can feel just as intense as the mental and emotional work.
Bloating.
Nausea.
Strong cravings.
Common symptoms that once made me want to go back to eating less because it felt easier than pushing through.
Understanding that there are ways to support the body through the healing process by choosing foods intentionally, made the biggest difference in helping me feel safe with food again.
Healing is not about forcing yourself to eat.
It’s about supporting your body in a way that turns down the fear.
I know it’s not easy.
But you can feel good in your body.
