Lukasz came into PT with low back pain while training for his marathon. After six sessions working with Dr. Rigo and his student Daunid—addressing lumbar stiffness, lateral hip stabilizer weakness, and more—Lukasz was able to crush the Miami half marathon with a time of 1 hour and 48 minutes. Aleksandra, his wife and Fox PT graduate, was also able to finish the Miami half marathon in a time of 1 hour and 53 minutes. Great Job Lukasz and Aleksandra!!🏃🏻‍♂️🏃‍♀️💪🥳

Swasti has been a patient at Fox PT Brickell since mid January, after coming to the clinic with left lateral sharp knee pain which she felt during the 7th mile of one of her trainings for the recent February 2025 Miami 1/2 marathon. Her and her PT focused on lower extremity strength training to correct muscle imbalances and improve muscle endurance so she would be prepared for her 1/ 2 marathon. Through her hard work, she was able to successfully run the Miami half marathon at a race time of 2.5 hours pain free! Awesome job
