Something is shifting…
Over the last few years, I’ve built my private practice and worked closely with so many clients, which I’m so grateful for.
But lately, I’ve been craving more creativity and a space to share more of my day-to-day.
The past few months have come with a lot of transitions—both personally and professionally—and it’s made me take a step back and think about what I really want this space to be.
I also realized I’ve been hiding behind “Thrive” a bit, and tying so much of my identity to it.
Lately, I’ve been learning to separate myself from it—and that hasn’t been easy. It’s come with a lot of ups and downs.
This shift feels like me stepping more into myself.
So I’m rebranding this page into something that feels more aligned with where I’m at right now.
You’ll still get nutrition, but also:
what I eat in a day
new restaurants + what I order
workouts + routines
realistic wellness habits that actually fit into life
Less “perfect,” more real life.
Still me, just expanded.
