> Steady daily/weekly work schedules, stable company, secure payment.

Janitorial company seeks a HANDS ON, DEDICATED, FOCUSED AND RELIABLE, working Account Manager focused on customer service and is quality driven to manage VIP Client Account.

MUST speak understandable English AND Spanish to communicate with employees and clients.
MUST have valid driver's license and clean driving and background record.

The Account Manager will be responsible for:
>Supervision of 25 to 30 janitorial employees.
>Visiting employees at their job sites and ensuring proper work product.
>Tracking supply needs and making necessary requisition for delivery to client locations.
>Training new employees, re-training existing employees and ensuring compliance with work requirements.
>Managing flexible schedule to ensure all shifts are supervised.
>Having On-Call responsibilities for any emergencies.
>Managing client projects as necessary.
>Regular schedule is Mon-Fri. Must be flexible to ensure all shifts are supervised.
>Opportunities for extra income through discretionary Performance Bonuses.

Candidates must:
>Be 21 or over and able to legally work in the US.
>Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
>Be able to pass a background and drug screen.
>Be able to use computer for basic work and e-mail.
>Must be able to use smartphone.
>Have ability for flexibility in schedule when needed.
>Availability to occasionally travel to Tampa and Orlando in Florida.
