🔥 The reason you’re not getting what you want?

Every single person I meet has a goal.
“I want financial freedom.”
“I want to feel confident in my body.”

“I want a completely different life.”

And yet…
You’re still committed to an identity
that guarantees you’ll never have it.

And it’s not your fault — at least not consciously.

🧠 Your brain is wired for survival.
It sees change as a threat.

So every time you’re about to expand…
you create fear.

hesitation.

but because you’re protecting the version of you that feels safe.

And here’s where most people get it wrong—
They think change means
a new job,
a new relationship,
a new routine.
But you can change everything on the outside…
and still feel exactly the same.

Because the real block was never your actions.
It was your identity.
It’s your thought patterns.
The moments you let fear make the decision.
The energy you bring into every room, every relationship, every opportunity.

That’s where everything shifts.
That’s where the real magic happens.
And here’s the truth most people avoid:
If you want something you’ve never had…
you’ll have to become someone you’ve never been.

And most people don’t stay stuck because they can’t change…
they stay stuck because they won’t choose it.

Too often we’re afraid to say:
“Hey… I don’t like that.”
or
“That doesn’t feel right for me.”

Because we’re scared of being rejected.
Of being “too much.”
Of losing someone.

But here’s the truth:
If it feels wrong in your body…
you’ve already lost yourself.
And your body knows it.

The right relationships (romantic or otherwise)
won’t require you to override your intuition,
shrink your standards,
or disconnect from your sense of safety.

And no one is coming to enforce that for you.
That’s your job.

Because a woman who is grounded, regulated, and secure,
Has a body that is calm, balanced and healthy.

I’m not going to sugarcoat this:
The man who is right for you won’t consistently put you in positions where you feel insecure.

Not because he’s perfect…
but because he understands that his wealth, his happiness and his future lies in the quality of your nervous system.
And it impacts everything you build together.

And if someone keeps disrupting your sense of safety
and calling it “normal”…

Here are the facts: Your body knows how to be healthy.

It is biologically wired to keep you lean and fit — so you can run away from danger.
When it begins to store weight (despite multiple diet attempts to lose it), it’s because YOU are not in alignment.

Your body keeps score...

Every time you self-abandon.
Every time you say yes when you mean no.
Every time you stay in the relationship that drains you.
Every time you over-function because you don’t trust anyone else to show up.
Every time you shrink yourself to be chosen.
Every time you avoid the conversation you know you need to have.

That weight?
It’s not just physical.�It’s the life you’re tolerating.
And this is where most women get it twisted—
They think fixing food is the work.
It’s not.
That’s step one.�That’s the entry point.
The real work is becoming the woman who no longer:
* betrays herself
* negotiates her standards
* or needs to cope with her own life

Changing your relationship to food and your body is step 1... thats the easy part, it’s between you, your body and your plate.

But can you become the woman who never has to think about “feeling self conscious in a bikini”...
That requires a deeper level of healing.
It means being brave enough to leave people behind
Changing the way you walk through the world
Holding yourself to a standard that assumes your worth.

Your body isn’t holding weight because of food.

it’s holding weight because of:
– suppressed energy
– unmet needs
– a dysregulated nervous system
– and an identity that still thinks it’s unsafe to be fully seen

so yes… I’ve told clients to:

• masturba!t → reconnect to their body + pleasure (most women are completely disconnected)
• leave the relationship → because chronic stress = weight retention
• buy the bag → expand their self-worth + receiving capacity
• get on a dating app → activate feminine energy + desirability
• show their face online → release visibility blocks (your body mirrors this)
• talk to their inner child → heal the part still holding onto protection weight

this is why diets don’t work.

your body doesn’t need restriction…
it needs regulation.
