Side shuffles build more than agility — they boost motor planning, coordination, and body awareness! 💪

Moving sideways challenges kids to think about direction changes, use both sides of their body, and keep balance while staying in rhythm. Perfect for strengthening those brain–body connections that make movement smooth and confident!
