People often say ‘your genetics are amazing.’
But the truth is, genetics are just a starting point. They might contribute, but they will never define who you are.
What defines me are my daily workouts, my constant discipline with food, and the consistency I’ve built over the years.
A long time ago, I was eating all the wrong things, and trust me - genetics did nothing for me back then.
The real transformation comes from habits, discipline, and never giving up.
Genetics don’t define me. Habits do.
