If something feels ‘not like YOU,’ it’s worth listening to your body.

Menopause is not ‘just hot flashes.’ It’s a whole-body experience that can bring brain fog, sleep struggles, itchy skin, ringing in the ears, or even a crawling sensation on the skin (formication). These are real symptoms — yet too often, women are told it’s ‘just stress’ or that they should ‘push through.’

When women are dismissed, silenced, or made to doubt their own bodies, it takes a toll on mental health. Feeling ‘not like yourself,’ while also being told nothing is wrong, can create shame, isolation, and anxiety.
