This morning I told my husband:
“Pretty sure my period’s coming today.”
Not because I felt terrible, or because I was in pain…
Just because I know my body really well and I can feel it.
But, it doesn’t throw a wrench in my day.
I woke up at 6AM after a nice 8 hours of sleep…
My husband & I got freaky 👀🤭 haha
I got up in a good mood and made my girls blueberry buckwheat waffles from scratch.
I played with my daughter, Azula.
Answered clients in Telegram.
Did a low-impact workout.
And also cooked lunch.
Just a normal day.
I’m not popping painkillers.
I’m not too tired to play with my girls.
I’m not snapping at my husband.
My mood is stable. My energy is steady.�And I can be the mom I want to be whether I’m on cycle day 1, 14, or 25.
