You are fertile for about 6 days out of your menstrual cycle 👏
(if your hormones are working as they should be) 

And you can identify when you’re fertile (and when you aren’t ) by tracking and interpreting your cervical mucus.

You don’t want to rely on apps and ovulation strips to tell you when you’re fertile.

Because yeah, you can track your cycle with 3 different apps, but I bet their predictions are all different…
one says you’re “likely” fertile tomorrow while another says you aren’t for another 3 days.

Yeah, you can p*e on strips, but this is only going to tell you that ovulation is “likely” to occur in the next 24-36 hours. Meanwhile 4 days have passed in which you could’ve been making a baby…

no carbs, no sugar, no dairy,
coffee enemas, juices, beef liver supplements…😅

NOT. THE. MAIN. FOCUS.

Can beef liver supplements be great?
YES.

But only on top of a diet that keeps your body feeling safe, fueled, and supported enough to regulate hormones and prioritize fertility 👊

Most women are trying to optimize with powders, meal plans, protocols, and fancy supplements…

while quietly under-eating, skipping meals, spiking blood sugar, running on caffeine — and wondering why ovulation is inconsistent, cycles are whacked, energy is trash, and getting (or staying) pregnant feels harder than it should.

What your body actually needs is consistent NOURISHMENT:
☁️ whole foods
☁️ enough food
☁️ eaten consistently
☁️ in a way your life can actually sustain

Not saying you HAVE to buy direct from an organic farm in order to get pregnant (even though this is the standard I personally hold now 😉).

A “hack” is an unconventional shortcut to solving a problem.

And that’s what taking Mucinex everyday in order to get pregnant would be.

If you don’t care how pregnancy happens...
If you don’t care that doing this isn’t changing sh*t about your hormone health & your ability to sustain a healthy pregnancy...

By all means try it 😅

But, it’s not going to change the fact that your body is not producing enough fertile-quality mucus on its own.

It’s not going to change the fact that you aren’t producing the right amount of estrogen prior to ovulation.

If you want to get pregnant fast because your body is healthy enough and your hormones are functioning well -

simple shifts in your habits will do it for you.

TTC for 2+ years, diagnosed with “unexplained infertility” & starting IVF treatments…

Meanwhile in a quick DM convo, I identified ONE HUGE GAP in her eating habits that was keeping her from getting pregnant naturally 😅🤭

Two:
Time conception perfectly during your fertile window 🤌

This will happen for you when you know how to track and interpret your fertile signs (BBT & cervical mucus) yourself.

But, let’s be real.
Those Pinterest boards and IG folders full of recipes?
Are collecting DUST. 🫠

Getting pregnant naturally won’t happen from following random recipes when you feel motivated.

It happens when you build eating habits that support your hormones and create real safety in your body—
— enough fuel
— enough nutrients
— stable blood sugar
DAY AFTER MUTHAFRIGGIN DAY.

A cute meal plan you follow for a week (maybe) isn’t going to do that.
Consistency is.

And consistency becomes easy when the changes you’re making actually FIT your real life — your routines, schedule, and capacity (not some health influencer’s).

“But Cait, I already work out.”
“I’m healthy — so why am I having trouble getting pregnant?”

I hear you.
And most of the women I work with *do* move their bodies consistently and care deeply about their health.

But here’s the THANG A LANG:
working out doesn’t NOT equate to being fertile.

I see it all the time — women with bangin’ bodies who look fit AF on the outside…

yet their period is missing, ovulation isn’t happening, or they’re dealing with PCOS, Hashimoto’s, short luteal phases, or “unexplained infertility.”

Because you can be working out consistently and also be👇

👀 crushing HIIT or intense cardio most days, chronically elevating cortisol

👀 doing the same workouts all month, ignoring the natural shifts in your hormones

👀 pushing through fatigue, poor sleep, or low motivation instead of recognizing those as signs to adjust

👀 And skipping rest days out of fear of losing progress even though recovery is where hormone regulation actually happens

From the outside, it looks disciplined.
Inside the body? It feels stressed, and unsafe.

And a body that doesn’t feel safe will not prioritize ovulation or pregnancy — no matter how “healthy” it looks.

Getting pregnant (the natural way) is on your list of goals for 2026 😏

And you’re not interested in the “standard” approach — p*eing on strips, popping hormone supplements, and/or prescriptions…

you’re ready to put your time & effort into actually being hormone healthy 👏

here’s the one muthafriggin thang a lang you should master now:
Regulating your blood sugar.

blood sugar spikes and crashes trigger stress responses in your body that throw off your cycle & delay ovulation.

a body under stress is NOT a body trying to make a baby (likeeeee hello, you’re in survival mode)

your meals (and snacks) need to be balanced with protein, fat, carbs, and fiber.

if you’re having carbs alone likeeee....
A croissant with your coffee or a banana for snack, your blood sugar will spike, cortisol will be produced & your reproductive hormones? Put on the back burner 👀

You also need to time your meals so you’re eating (enough) every 3-4 hours.

If you have lunch at 12pm and dinner at 7pm with nothing in between, you’re going WAY too long without fuel, your body will stay in survival mode, and baby-makin’ will NOT be a priority.

“But, Cait — I already eat healthy”

Cool. But, eating clean or eating healthy food types is NOT enough to support your hormones and fertility.

you need to eat in a way that keeps your blood sugar stable day in and day out in order for your body to feel safe enough to get and stay pregnant.

this is exactly what I help my clients do — and why they’re able to conceive naturally in under 6 months after spending months (or years) stuck following the standard fertility approach with no success.
