Medication isn’t making you more fertile…
it’s just masking what’s actually going on.

So why are you still waiting to see if it leads to a positive pregnancy test? 👀😅

I see this with clients ALLLL THE TIMEEEEE 👀

They’re doing so much “right”
buying organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised…
having nutrient-dense whole foods most of the time…

But, they’re going long periods of time without food.
Yes, 5+ hours is too long.

If your habits aren’t shifting to support the natural ebb & flow of your hormones through the different phases of your menstrual cycle, this could be impacting your ability to get and stay pregnant naturally.

Your body has different needs before and after ovulation—
and your lifestyle should reflect that.

For example, after ovulation (in the luteal phase), progesterone is rising. Its rise supports implantation (aka makes it possible for you to HOLD your pregnancy).

You get your hormones tested and think “okay, I finally have the answer! my progesterone is low. that must be the problem”

But, then your doctor recommends progesterone supplements and nothing changes.

Because the hormone(s) imbalanced aren’t the reason why you’ve had trouble getting or staying pregnant.
