This morning I told my husband:
“Pretty sure my period’s coming today.”

Not because I felt terrible, or because I was in pain…
Just because I know my body really well and I can feel it.

But, it doesn’t throw a wrench in my day.

I woke up at 6AM after a nice 8 hours of sleep…
My husband & I got freaky 👀🤭 haha
I got up in a good mood and made my girls blueberry buckwheat waffles from scratch.
I played with my daughter, Azula.
Answered clients in Telegram.
Did a low-impact workout.
And also cooked lunch.

Just a normal day.

I’m not popping painkillers.
I’m not too tired to play with my girls.
I’m not snapping at my husband.

My mood is stable. My energy is steady.�And I can be the mom I want to be whether I’m on cycle day 1, 14, or 25.

Because I built a lifestyle that supports my hormones BEFORE I tried to grow a family.

I refined my diet and lifestyle habits so my body had what it needed to feel SAFE👇

“I got my labs back and my AMH is low.”

Stop sleeping on the basics 👏
You KNOW these things are important for your hormones and your overall health, yet you continue to ignore them as if they’re not that important.

Can years of eating in a way that doesn’t support your blood sugar actually keep you from conceiving for years??

You just didn’t know because it’s not something mainstream fertility advice would share with you…

Your doctor isn’t gonna talk to you about this s**t BUT I WILL 😜

Get your blood sugar in check — eat enough high quality Whole Foods every 3-4 hours, and compose your meals with enough protein, fat, carbs and fiber.

PART 2: I’d have a mostly savory breakfast within an hour of waking 🤌

Fueling your body with enough protein, fat, fiber and carbs first thing is going to keep your blood sugar stable and keep your body feeling nourished & safe — exactly how it needs to feel to conceive naturally.

Skipping breakfast because you’re in a hurry, having coffee before food, opting for processed grab n go things like protein bars, or having something mostly sweet (even if it’s healthy)…

spikes blood sugar, elevates cortisol levels, and keeps your body from producing and regulating reproductive hormones as it should. AKA baby-making becomes hard.

When you have a savory protein-rich meal within an hour of waking, blood sugar is supported, stress hormones stay regulated and baby-making gets a whole lot easier.

This is the type of thang I help my clients with that gets them pregnant naturally FAST (even after they’ve been trying for months on their own).

calendar days of your cycle don’t mean sh*t if you’re TTC and aren’t also tracking your CM and BBT.

while yes, knowing when you get your period every cycle is very important...
it’s not enough info to get you pregnant.

You can’t determine if you’re ovulating...
when you’re ovulating...
or when you’re fertile...
with your calendar days of menstruating alone.

In order to identify your fertile window and time conception optimally, you need to track your fertile signs — basal body temp AND cervical mucus.

Apps and test strips are PREDICTIONS that do
NOT confirm you ovulated.

Which is exactly why using them is only bringing you more confusion and frustration.

It’s why you’re getting positive test strips and still don’t know for sure you ovulated or when.

It’s why you’re getting positive test strips but you’re still not getting pregnant.

If you want to get pregnant naturally with ease, leave these mainstream methods behind, and learn to understand your body the way that we should have a long fcking time ago 😅

I hear it over and over again from women who have been trying to conceive for MONTHS…

“My test strip says I’m positive, but my app says I’m not fertile.”
“My test strip says I’m positive… so why am I not getting pregnant?”
“I got a peak result — didn’t that mean I ovulated?”

Here’s the thang a lang👇

LH strips only tell you that your body attempted to ovulate — not that ovulation actually happened.

They measure a surge in LH (luteinizing hormone), which usually rises as ovulation approaches…
but real life sh*t can interrupt that process — stress, travel, sickness, poor sleep,…

All these can delay or stop ovulation, even after a positive LH test.

Which is why so many women are peeing on strip after strip, doing it when they get a positive result, and still not getting pregnant.

Because a positive test DOES NOT confirm ovulation.
Your basal body temp and cervical mucus do.

If you’re not seeing a clear shift in temps from mostly low to mostly high, and you’re not confirming ovulation, your body is telling you it does not feel safe enough to ovulate.

And THAT 👆needs to be the focus.

Because if you knew ovulation didn’t happen, you’d avoid the anxious 2-week wait and monthly let-down…

You’d stop wondering if you timed sh*t right…

And instead, you’d focus on the actions required to help your body feel safe enough to ovulate — so conception can actually happen 🤌

This is the power of understanding your fertile signs and using them to confirm ovulation and time conception.

If you’re trying to conceive, and you have no idea how to track your basal body temperature…

How to interpret your temp chart…

Or how to confirm that you’ve actually ovulated…

You are doing yourself a massive disservice.
And getting pregnant naturally is going to be harder than it needs to be 👀

Your basal body temperature gives you real-time information straight from your body.

When you know how to track and interpret it, you can CONFIRM ovulation has happened — and exactly WHEN.

Instead of relying on apps, devices, & test strips that are just making predictions, causing confusion, and making you think you ovulated when you actually didn’t 👀😬

LH strips measure a surge in luteinizing hormone which typically happens prior to ovulation.
So, peeing on them only PREDICTS that ovulation is likely.
It can’t confirm that it happened — or when.

But, your BBT pattern can.

Every single client of mine who conceives naturally in under 6 months does so because she’s mastered her fertile signs 🤌

You spent the better part of last year trying to make a baby.
Doing everything they told you to do…

Peeing on strips.
Trying Clomid or Letrozole. 
Taking a prenatal, CoQ10, inositol,…

So this year, you decided to get serious about eating healthier for fertility.

Except “eating healthier” started to look like:
cutting sugar, gluten, & dairy
going carnivore or plant-based
