Just came back from the most amazing trip to Costa Rica with my family to celebrate Skye and Lily's Graduation (soooo proud of them!!!). It was such a fun and nourishing trip - natural food, nature and abundant wildlife and amazing people!
Im ready to start teaching yoga again without being so hard on myself - hurrah!
Tomorrow 6th May and next Monday 13th May I will be teaching Chair Yoga sponsored by Way Forward Foundation at 4pm EST.
Ill be starting regular Gentle Yoga Classes again too so let me know if you are interested and any preferences on times/themes so I can tailor it to whoever would like to join. The classes will be free so let me know ###

Omg - it’s so long that I’ve been on here - so sorry to have missed messages and where everyone is at. I’ve been hybernating while doing lots of work on myself. I got diagnosed with PTSD a while ago from trauma that happened to me in my teens and I have spent the last 1.5ys last yr stoping drinking (1.5yrs alcohol free yesterday!! 🎉🎉🎉🔥🔥💪💪💪) and working through all that in therapy. It had aparently all been pushed down so I could function. I’ve learnt so much and even took my Foundational Training in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga at the end of next year so I can help other people.
I’m going to be breaking away for my self defeating thinking and will be starting to teach Gentle Yoga again. My sessions will start with making choices about what you want to do in the session and I will show how to adapt the practice to meet your own needs. We will check in with the body and where you are at in that moment and it will be a collaboration between me and you so id love suggestions on what you would like.
