This patient underwent an extended abdominoplasty with plication of the re**us sheath and liposuction of the bilateral flanks — a powerful combination that tightens, sculpts, and restores the natural contour of the waistline.

During surgery, I performed re**us plication to bring the abdominal muscles back together after separation (often caused by pregnancy or weight changes), flattening and strengthening the core. The extended tummy tuck removed excess skin across the lower abdomen and hips, while lipo of the flanks refined her silhouette for a smoother, more defined transition.

Enhancing natural curves with this 2-step procedure! This patient initially came to me for a Mommy Makeover which included a Breast Lift with silicone implants. 3 years later she came back for Lipo 360. She is now 6 weeks post-op and looking incredible🔥

Per Florida law, if there is any sort of cutting involved, I can only remove up to 1L of fat during the Liposuction. With that said, typically, I recommend splitting up these two procedures so that I can remove up to the maximum of 4L.

“When do I need to change my implants?”
A question that I often get asked—and one that comes with a lot of myths.

The truth? You don’t necessarily need to replace your breast implants every 10 years.
That’s one of the most common misconceptions out there.

If your implants are intact, you’re happy with your results, and you’re not experiencing any issues—there’s no set expiration date. However, routine monitoring is essential. You should have your implants checked with ultrasound 5–6 years after your procedure, and then every 2–3 years after that to ensure everything looks healthy and intact.

Every patient’s experience is different - and I emphasize monitoring, not replacing—because if it isn’t broken, there’s no need to fix it.🙌
