Follow-up from the last photo I posted and the form is looking a lot better.
🔹Here's what we did:
👉🏼Change in footwear 🔑
👉🏼Pre-squat warm-up drills emphasizing hip mobility (specifically abduction and external rotation)
👉🏼Visual and verbal education on mechanics and breathing technique
Still some work to be done here but a major improvement ✅
