Our Winter Solstice Chef’s Table was a magical evening centered around exceptional food and beautiful ambiance. Residents and guests gathered on our outdoor patio to enjoy a seasonally inspired menu featuring favorites like balsamic beet salad, roasted winter vegetable soup, sole meunière, beef bourguignon and butternut ravioli with brown butter and sage, all thoughtfully paired with exquisite wines. The night ended on a warm note with mulled wine–poached pears, creating a dining experience that perfectly captured the spirit and flavors of the season.
