Our most recent Chef’s Table, Colonial Table 1776 Reimagined, was a warm and memorable evening shared on the patio with residents, family, and friends—beautifully paired with wines. Guests enjoyed a thoughtfully curated journey beginning with an apple–walnut harvest salad, followed by Maryland blue crab cakes, butter-poached lobster rolls, cider-brined roast chicken with heirloom succotash, herb-crusted rack of lamb with creamy mashed potatoes, and a comforting Dutch apple tart to finish. It was a truly special night celebrating connection, tradition, and the joy of gathering together.
