Our Chef’s Table was transformed into a vibrant celebration of Spanish culture during our “Sabor de España” evening. Residents, families, and friends came together to enjoy an unforgettable six-course dining experience, expertly crafted and presented live by Chef Richart Hartman. The evening began with a rustic Pan Tomaca, followed by a refreshing Gazpacho and the hearty flavors of Garbanzo Frito. Guests were wowed by the perfectly grilled octopus, a traditional Paella, and ended on a sweet note with creamy Arroz con Leche. Each course was thoughtfully paired with exquisite Spanish wines, enhancing the flavors and bringing the spirit of Spain to every table. It was an evening filled with great food, great company, and the warm joy of shared experience. ¡Buen provecho!
