How many times did you hit snooze this morning? Be honest.

First day back after the holidays. Your brain is buffering. Your body is confused. And somehow the internet decided this is the week you reinvent your entire life.

New goals. New habits. New routine.

The calendar flipped. Your body did not.

It is still winter. Nothing in nature is thriving right now. Trees are naked. The ground is frozen. And yet you are supposed to wake up early, work harder, eat cleaner?

Be serious.

This is not the moment to push. It’s the moment to prepare.
