We believe parenting is better in community, that’s why we created My Mom Tribe. 🤍

Your very first Baby & Me group is designed to provide a safe and engaging environment where parents learn through interactive and participatory exchange. Each week, you’ll gain insightful guidance and support on all aspects of the parenting journey.

My Mom Tribe is split into two groups, 4th trimester for moms and infants 0-6 months, and Infant Series for moms and babies 3–7 months.

The 4th Trimester group is your safe haven for those tender early months. We’ll cover everything from postpartum recovery and emotional well-being to feeding and sleep basics, helping you feel supported as you care for your baby and yourself.
