Did you know March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month?

A developmental disability is a lifelong condition that can affect learning, language, mobility, or independent living.

Developmental disabilities include conditions like:

🔹 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
🔹 Cerebral Palsy
🔹 Down Syndrome
🔹 Intellectual Disabilities
🔹 Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)

These conditions may impact cognitive, physical, and social development and occur in every community, affecting millions of people worldwide often requiring tailored support and care.

While every individual’s needs are unique, one thing remains constant—the importance of awareness, acceptance, and inclusion. Let's work together to champion inclusivity and acceptance
