Families, advocates, educators and community members - now is the time to stand together!

The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) plays a critical role in helping schools and families ensure every child with a disability receives the supports and services they need.

Recent changes have left OSEP without nearly all of its staff- and we need YOUR help to make sure these staff members, many with years of specialized knowledge on special education law, are restored. It eliminates the expertise and oversight critical to ensuring IDEA implementation in states, eroding rights for children with disabilities and their parents.

If you want to call on Congress and the Administration to reinstate OSEP staff and keep IDEA strong for all children with disabilities, sign the petition TODAY.
