How does our pet online pharmacy work? After creating an account, it’s as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Find the products you need through our pharmacy site and check out.

2. Vetsource may contact your vet for approval before shipping. If any items require a prescription, the pharmacy will notify our hospital for veterinarian approval — most approvals happen the same day.

3. Your order gets delivered to your door. Email updates will be sent to you to keep you posted on your order’s status!

We realize that taking your pet to the vet during the middle of a weekday can be tough—that’s why we offer drop-off appointments!

Drop-off appointments allow you to bring your pet to our clinic in the morning, before you have to go to work, leave them for the day to be seen by one of our skilled veterinarians, and then pick them up before we close. Our team makes sure that all their needed vaccines, tests, and procedures that were communicated with you at drop-off are being taken care of, and our vet will even call you once the pet has been examined to provide you with an update and peace of mind.
