Our manual therapy, post-surgical recovery, and performance restoration, deliver personalized, hands-on care with reaults FOHC was created in 1998 and to date has been providing outpatient orthopaedic and sports physical therapy services. The response has been a very positive one with over 15,000 patients receiving quality personalized physical therapy hands-on care. FOHC takes pride in being a clinical education center. The owner-director, Alex Pereda, DPT, MTC, is a clinical professor for the following institutions: Florida International University (FIU), Nova Southeastern University, and Miami-Dade College Medical Campus.
