So many “influencers”, you know, who have good lighting and AI prompts might tell you otherwise.

I have based my decisions on personal as well as professional experience. If you aren’t using dry sauna by now, I highly recommend you should. Men get better benefits from cryotherapy and cold plunges than women. Using a mixture of hot/cold/hot us my best advice for all.
